Joerger Ranch (Planned Community-3) Specific Plan

The Truckee Town Council adopted amendments to the Joerger Ranch (Planned Community - 3) Specific Plan and an addendum to the Specific Plan EIR on June 8, 2021. 

The Truckee Town Council certified the EIR and adopted the Joerger Ranch (Planned Community - 3) Specific Plan on March 24, 2015.
