Description: Prepare a study to evaluate potential pedestrian/bicycle improvements on Jibboom Street between Bridge Street and the Stoneridge Development, including several alternatives such as widening, conversion to a one-way street, and improvements to the Keiser Avenue/Jibboom Street intersection.
