No. We do not keep a repository of general applications. Interested applicants should submit a separate application for each position they are interested in.
No, There are certain attestations that are in our official application that we require all applicants to sign. If you include a resume, however, you can skip the portion of the application that requests previous job history if it meets the requirements of that section.
Hiring managers review all applications after the job post has been closed. We generally follow up with all candidates within one to two week of the post closing. If you have applied and would like to check in on the status of your application, please reach out to HR.
The ideal candidate not only possesses the necessary skills and experience but also embodies the Town's Core Values: Teamwork, Accountability, Excellence, Commitment, and Integrity. We also seek individuals who bring complementary strengths to the team they will be joining.
Review your application to ensure that all fields are complete and error-free. Demonstrate that you have a clear understanding of the job duties by highlighting your relevant skills. If you include a resume, outline all applicable experience for the specific job you are applying for.
Candidates selected for an interview will meet with a panel of 3-5 Town employees or community stakeholders (depending on the position). The panel will ask a series of questions and give candidates an opportunity to share any skills or experience not covered and ask questions. Depending on the position, a second-round interview may occur. Once the final candidate is chosen, a conditional offer will be made and upon acceptance, the candidate will begin the pre-employment process. Candidates not selected for the position will receive notice from the hiring manager.
