Housing

The goal of the Town of Truckee Housing Program is to strengthen our community, economy, and environment by increasing the inventory of homes our local workers can afford to rent and buy.

The Town has a number of existing programs and policies in place that aim to facilitate both low-income and moderate-income home production and preservation. Revenue to support these programs comes from the Town General Fund, Measure K, and grants.
